Carson Valley Photo Club featured artist at Copeland Gallery

Constance Peters’ photo of a barn is part of the Carson Valley Photo Club exhibit at the Copeland Gallery, which opens on Tuesday.

The Carson Valley Arts Council presents the Carson Valley Photo Club at the Copeland Gallery in Minden from August 2 to September 28. The exhibition is visible from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. Artwork by club members will be available for purchase.

The board will host an artists‘ reception for the club from 1 to 3 p.m. on August 6. Reception is free and open to the public. Come meet the photographers.

The Carson Valley Photo Club was established on May 19, 2013 for photography enthusiasts of all skill levels.

The little one meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at Carson Valley United Methodist Church, 1375 Centerville Lane, Gardnerville. Each meeting includes guest speakers, field trips and monthly photo contests.
